Connect Toast, or bring the PMIX report from the POS you already use.

Use a read-only Toast connection for automatic imports, or upload a product-mix (PMIX) sales report from another POS. Either route gives Varastiq the item sales and revenue needed to sharpen plate costs and map your menu.

Toast connection

Authorize a read-only connection once. Menu items, sales mix, discounts, and comps then refresh automatically.

PMIX report

Export a product-mix report from Square, Clover, Aloha, or another POS and upload the CSV whenever you want to refresh sales.

Guided review

Varastiq matches each POS item to your menu and puts uncertain matches in a short review list before anything is posted.

Day one

What the first import answers

โœ“Your true food cost % this period โ€” confirmed, not benchmarked.
โœ“Which five dishes make the most money โ€” and which quietly lose it.
โœ“Where your menu sits on the stars-and-dogs grid, no data entry required.
PMIX works, too

Upload the sales report your POS already exports

A PMIX report lists each menu item, how many sold, and its net sales. Export it as CSV, upload it, and Varastiq recognizes common headings such as Item, Qty, and Net Sales. You review any column or item it cannot identify before the import is applied.
